I have discovered several hacked posts on my blog, and there are doubtless many more. I am in the process of reviewing posts and taking out material inserted by the hacker(s).

In the meantime, posts should be read with caution. Rehearing Petition Filed in Marriage Cases

What a surprise! A petition for rehearing was filed today in In re Marriage Cases. The petition was filed by the Proposition 22 Legal Defense And Education Fund, but I can’t find the petition on the web anywhere.
