I have a case surrently in the appeals court 5th appellate district. Defendants are Countywide home loans, Recon Trust, and Golman Sachs and company. I have had 2 different attorneys both claiming I had a solid case and that they were experts in the field. Neither one of them read the statutes before or during the time of representation and the second nver even personally appeared in court, only by phone. I am currently looking for an example of a writ of supersedeas to stop an illegal foreclosure sale dated for Jan. 10, 2008. I am seeking damages and intend to file against defendants for violations of the RICO act. Damages include intentional and unintentional infliction of emotional distress, credit damages, court cost and attorney fees, etc.
If you would like to talk about the issues at hand, e-mail me and I will call you. Thanks for you time reading this. Doyle Warkentin
